Grain Free/GF Granola

1/2 cup of coconut flakes (unsweetened)

  • 2 cups of raw almond (pulsed in food processor)

  • 1 3/4 cup of pecans

  • 1/2 cup of raw walnuts

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

  • pinch of salt

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted) & 1/3 cup of maple syrup (warmed in microwave)

  • cacao nibs (sprinkled on top of baking sheet)

in a bowl mix all ingredients except cacao nibs and then lay on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Sprinkle cacao nibs on top :)

Bake at 325 for about 20 mins and then turn it up to 350 and bake for about 3-5 extra mins
