Apple Crumble

APPLE CRUMBLE {GF & DF} 🍎

FILLING
* 8 apples
* 1 lemon, juiced
* 2/3 cup coconut sugar
* 1.5 tsp cinnamon
* 3 Tbsp cornstarch
* 1/4 cup apple cider

TOPPING
* 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
* 1/2 cup almond flour
* 1/2 cup GF flour
* 1/2 cup coconut sugar
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 tsp sea salt
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1/2 cup melted coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 C)
* Peel apples, remove cores, cut into smaller pieces (size of a quarter)
* Add to a bowl and top with remaining filling ingredients. Toss to combine. Add to a 9x13 pan.
* In a separate bowl mix together all topping ingredients. Then pour over apples in an even layer.
* Bake for 50 mins to 1 hour (uncovered)
