Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 stick vegan butter (melted)
1 tbsp almond milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raw turbinado sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cups gluten-free flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut flakes

How To:

Cream the butter and the sugar together. Then add the eggs, the vanilla & the almond milk and mix. Once mixed, add the flours, the baking soda and salt. After, mix in the chocolate chips and the coconut flakes.


Bake at 350°f for 8-10 mins (check at 8 minutes.)
