Bruschetta

Bruschetta 

10 tomatoes on the vine - remove the core and seeds - dice them

1 cup chopped fresh basil

6 cloves of garlic chopped fine

1 tsp each kosher salt and cracked black pepper

Approx 1/2 cup olive oil

Mix all together and let sit at room temperature a few hours to marinate

(don't have to include this next part)

Slice crusty French bread into half inch slices and toast in the oven at 350 8-10 minutes

Top bread with the bruschetta
