Fish "Taco"

Ingredients List

halibut

red cabbage

green onion

radish

avocado

jalapeno

hummus - I used garlic hummus

garlic

lime tortila chips

salt & pepper

lime juice

pico de gallo

sriracha

cilantro

Fish:

season halibut with salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic & lime juice. Crush up the lime chips and sprinkle on the top of the fish.

cook in the over at 400 F for 20 mins.

Avocado Sauce:

use food processor

1-2 avocados

1 jalapeno

a little bit of garlic, salt & pepper

handful of fresh cilantro

Plating

Chop the red cabbage and place on the plate. Top with radishes and green onion. Place halibut on top of the cabbage etc. Add the pico on top and drizzle with the avocado, hummus and sriracha.

( I put each sauce in a plastic bag, cut the tip off of a corner and piped it over the fish.)
