Polenta Fries

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tubes (18 ounces each) of polenta

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil

  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning or dried oregano

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Cut the polenta into wedges/fries

Place polenta wedges on a baking sheet; season and drizzle with oil

Arrange wedges in a single layer.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
